“The Meritz Group played a critical role in our recent companywide restructure. Arlene partnered effectively with the Head of HR as well as my entire leadership team. She brought some valuable external perspective, which we needed for our first ever major restructuring. She was able to guide us very well at the strategic level, but also jumped into the detailed organization design and selection process. We needed a “hands on” consultant who was ready to do whatever was needed to make our program a success. We got that with Arlene.”
